I have so many wonderful memories of Sergio. My words cannot give Justice or describe what a beautiful heart and sweet soul Sergio's gift was to me personally, to our family, and I know to everyone who knew him.
Sergio's smile was more than just beautiful, it was infectious. You could feel his heart right through that amazing smile. Just being in his presence made me feel better. He was always so happy. I absolutely loved hearing him laugh. I don't believe there was one conversation without both of us laughing. I can still hear it and it makes me smile.
Sergio was happy to help everyone, he built my PC and installed programs that made my life easier, and he never made me feel that I was a bother when I had questions. He would help me through technical issues on a new program (I probably caused) by finding and fixing my damage within seconds. This was more than one occasion. He was extremely intelligent in technology, but I loved how he would explain on a level I could understand.
Sergio was very thoughtful of others and paid close attention to everything. He saw beauty in things most people would overlook. I loved when he would show me photos of places he and Alex explored, fun shots of the two of them, architecture and scenery. He would scroll past random photos, I would stop him and ask about them. He would say "Oh that's nothing, just something I liked". Those shots were just amazing !! And you bet I told him they were! I am also very thankful for the photos he took of our wedding. Again, we feel his love through them and they are priceless.
It was wonderful having Alex and Sergio live with us as they saved for their 1st home. That short time, getting to know my son-in-law even more, the memories we made as a loving family, means the world to me. I wear the chain and personalized pendant Alex and Sergio gave me every single day. It says Mom on one side and Amy with a heart on the other.
