Today is Sergio's 31st birthday! Last years 30th birthday began with some pão de queijo (cheese bread), coxinha (chicken croquettes) and a caipirinha. Sergio also loved chocolate cake, but the Brazilian way!, with just a little bit of frosting. If there's a way to celebrate today, its with some chocolate cake, coffee and your loved ones.
